Configure "Create HR Case" Under the Plus (+) Icon in HR Agent Workspace

Hi All,

Does anyone know how we can configure the "Create HR Case" option under the "+" icon in HR Agent Workspace? Alternatively, if it is not needed, how can we remove or hide this option?
