Create Interaction button is Greyed out

Hi Team,

 

I'm trying to create a interaction in case agent workspace, after entering all the required fields the create interaction button is still greyed out even for admin users.

 

Can anyone help on this.

FOLLOWING! I am having the same issue but on the "create case" button on the dialog, even as admin. I hope someone replies with a solution.
