Creating user records directly in sys_user table based on orderguide submission

Hi All,

We have a requirement to integrate Sailpoint and ServiceNow form easiness of on boarding process.

So, Sailpoint team suggested the option as When the user on boarding order guide submittes in Servicenow, the new user record needs to be created in sys_user table based on that submitted form. Then Sailpoint will user IdN connector and read the data in servicenow user table and create the user AD account in AD.

Can anyone aware about its configuration. Please help me on this.

While configuring Scripted REST API's we need to use both GET and POST methods or not ?
