Hi,
I am using ER application and "Report misconduct".
I don't know when but "Report discrimination" these days and want to know what is the difference between these.
I have checked Docs and it is saying "You can use the Skip verification feature when creating a Report Misconduct case."
Is there any difference you noticed?
How do you think these should be used?
I have checked these in my PDI but could not find any different behavior, I can select discrimination as an allegation type when using "Report misconduct". So, I am being confused.
