Hello,
I would like to understand the difference between sn_hr_core.basic and sn_hr_core.manager role , in terms of visibility and scope of authority in servicenow platform?
Please dont include the the number of roles which are inherited in the sys_user_role table. Can we give out managers of groups (that contain hr basic role ), this (sn_hr_core.manager) particular rule?
Regards,
Shariq

sn_hr_core.basic
This role is for HR agents who work on day-to-day cases. Agents can see and work on cases assigned to them or their groups, but they do not have visibility into other teams’ workloads.
sn_hr_core.manager
This role is for HR team leads or managers. It provides visibility into all cases for the groups they manage, along with the ability to reassign work and monitor SLAs
