Duplicate Alert after Report Save

Following a recent update to Vancouver, we are encountering an issue where saving reports results in the generation of duplicate alerts with the message "Report Saved: All Cases Created This Week". Are there others experiencing this problem, and does anyone have insights on how to resolve it?

I'm noticing this in the labs for the Fundamentals class, yes. (Also Vancouver).
