Employee center portal error : Execute operation on script include denied because source could not be found

Hi All, I am getting this error when ever I add something on comments and save. I already created cross scope record but it didn't resolve the issue. Please help if anyone knows how to fix it

Hello ,

can you try giving the API name of the script include in the target name ?

go to script include and copy the API name and paste it in target name and try
