Hi All, I am getting this error when ever I add something on comments and save. I already created cross scope record but it didn't resolve the issue. Please help if anyone knows how to fix it

It worked there were no record so created an rca record for that script include. thanks Mohith

Hi Siddharth,
In the left navigation open, System Applications-->Application Restricted Caller Access and select the record related to you(can use Target Type =. Script Include) and update the Status to Allowed. This should fix the issue.
