Employee form on HR task

Hi Team,

I’m looking for design suggestions for the following requirement:

I need a form to be embedded within an HR Task. The agent should be able to complete the form and save it as a draft without submitting it. Whenever the agent reopens the form, all previously entered information should be displayed so they can continue updating it until the final submission is made.

Please let me know the best approach to achieve this. Thanks.

If the form contains only a few fields, consider adding custom fields to the HR Task table and using them to store the responses.

  • Save Draft: Update the fields without completing the task.
  • Reopen: Display the previously saved values.
  • Submit: Validate the data and trigger the next workflow step.
