ESC Portal HR Case Email Notification Issue

I am facing an issue with email notifications for HR Cases. When the HR Case is submitted through the Employee Service Center (ESC) portal, the HR Case Opened notification is not triggered. However, when the same HR Case is created for the same user from the Native UI or HR Workspace, the email notification is triggered successfully.

@Sunnybhavsar Could you please check if you are using current.setWorkflow(false) in the record producer script while raising case through ESC? if yes then the notification will not get triggered due to this line.
