Field vaues are not getting translated

Hi Community,

I have a record producer which have some drop down values. I have use lookup select box because we have some fields which should be visible based on logged in person country and their respective language.

 

People from Japan when they raise request having Japanese set as their language , the field values are coming in english although options are visible in Japanese languages will raising request .(screenshot attached)

 

If any one can guide me how can we fix this so that all the values are in Japanese only then it would be really gratefull.

then in sys_choice you should create those choice records in japanese as well for that table and filed

Example: if there are 4 choices for en (English), you should have 4 for japanese as well

refer how it's there for close_code for incident in OOTB instance when French plugin is added

I already have created those options in Japanese as well in sys_choice table.

where are values coming in English? email or on portal?

your screenshot doesn't help to know that
