Flow Designer Not Loading

Hello,
I'm working in Flow Designer, and I ran into an issue where the flow I was working on froze, and I couldn't make changes. I tried to close and reopen the flow, and now it's stuck on processing and won't open. Only one flow is affected, and I'm still able to open others.
I located the flow from the sys_hub_flow table and made it not active, but it still won't load.
I have had this issue before, and I deleted and recreated the flow, but I realize that's not a good long-term solution.

Hi,
You can attempt to clear the instance cache by typing: cache.do and pressing enter in left-hand navigation. You can also try and logout and back in and see if it's a session glitch.

Hey Allen,
Thanks for the assistance. I tried clearing the cache and logging out and back in. I even let the instance sit over the weekend, and when I loaded the flow this morning, it is still stuck on loading.

Hi,
try to raise HI ticket if you consider delete and recreation is not an option.
You can get details from HI what was the root cause to avoid that in future.
