For specific HR cases Activity pannel is not visible

Hi all,

For some HR case activity session (comments/work notes section)is not visible .

Can someone help me where we can get this configuration done.

Hello! 

There are a few things you can check. 

 

1. Check if users don't have any filters applied to their view. This way they may not see some of the comments or activities.

2. If the whole section is not visible, this might be an access issue. Please check the ACLs on the specific tables or if any UI Policies are applied.

 

3. For some cases, the section might not be available on the form view that the user is on. 
Please check the view that those users are using and compare that with yours. Maybe they are using a different view. If so, please add the section to the form view of the users or let them use a view where the section is visible.

HI ,

It is for specific COE - Life Cycle Events.

I have experienced this issue earlier as well this happens when we activate the COE with new topic detail and category.

And for this we need to create the relationship in some table but somehow, I'm unable to recall that.

Then you need to add the missing fields for that COE : 
1. Open one of the cases where the comments/work notes is missing
2. Click on the filter activity icon then on "configure available fields" (cf. screenshot)

3.Search the missing fields on the list, add them and save
