For specific HR cases Activity pannel is not visible

Hi all,
For some HR case activity session (comments/work notes section)is not visible .
Can someone help me where we can get this configuration done.

have you tried point 3 mentioned by @Wessel van Enk ?
if it is that the section is visible for the case on the default view, then it's a layout configuration and for that you either need to add the comments/work notes fields to the section, or create the section itself.
Something like this : on the default case view, switch to the HR workspace view: select configure layout then on the comments/work notes section add the missing fields or create the section

Same applies to the workspace, like @Mame Diarra mentioned.
Probably, these fields/containers are not available on the form view (Workspace UIB).
I encountered this myself, as for each table and COE you need to adjust the form view for workspace. It's not by default the same for all.
Can you check if the Workspace UIB view for the Lifecycle table is configured correctly?

Can you please show what you mean ? it might be COE configurations related, which mean you have it visible for some cases and not for the others

I am having the same issue...interestingly in my lower instance we dont have that issue....further more it is somehow happening randomly for some records...
