From HR Case List view update date changing every day.

Hello,
We have observed that HR case records are being updated daily, even for cases that are in a 'Closed', 'Resolved', or 'Cancelled' state. This behavior is unexpected
Kindly help me on this issue.

Things to check
1) any scheduled job is doing
2) any scheduled import is updating
3) any scheduled flow is updating
4) all those HR cases getting updated around same? with system user?
