Hide HR case from my request filter on portal

Hi everyone,

i'm still looking for the solution for this, what i've found and what controlling my request list is my request Filter i pen HR Case opened record and i need to apply a filter to hide the requests when Hr service is offboarding and Country is Spain and employment type is subcontarctor or Contingent, but the issue idk how can i write the condition as it needs to be true here is the ss i ve added an OR clause but still didn t work that way not sure  about how can i put conditions

You may want to try applying the filters one at a time to help debug the issue and understand which condition is affecting the results.

I also noticed that while the requirement mentions the condition should be equal to, the screenshot shows “is not” being used. This difference can impact the query behavior, especially when OR conditions are involved, so aligning the logic may help.
