Highlight list fields - Agent workspace for HR case

There is a way to use the "Highlight Values" functionality in the new agent workspace for HR case management?

When I'm trying to create a new record I can't choose the HR workspace, I refer to this product

I'm having the same issue, so I opened Hi Case.

These tables are relevant for us:

sys_highlighted_value
sys_highlighted_value_condition
sys_ux_highlighted_value_config
sys_ux_m2m_highlighted_value_config

Those having "ux" in the Tbale name are needed for the Configurable Workspaces. The other two was also used with locked down workspaces.

 

But I can't get it working.

 

It is mindblowing that there is no proper documentation on the Configurable Workspaces... (there is, it seems, but then they lack info or do not work)

These are all the tables for "Highlight" feature:

sys_highlighted_value
sys_highlighted_value_condition
sys_ux_highlighted_value_config
sys_ux_m2m_highlighted_value_config


But even using the "UX" ones it still does not work on the Configurable HR Workspace.
