We have some Tasks that HR agents are creating for various users where they are requesting additional information about the patent Cases.
There’s a concern that an employee then deletes the attachment they had attached, erasing all record it ever existed.
In an ideal world, we’d be able to block the users from doing that, but with the Tasks being assigned to them and them having created the attachments, I think that’s unrealistic.
Our second thought was to automatically copy any attachments on a Task with a Parent to the Parent Case itself, which the User would not have permissions to delete.
Thoughts or guidance on how best to do that?
