How can we translate the notification comment or work notes in different languages

If anyone has any idea about how to translate the comment or work notes notification into different languages, could you please let me know
Note: Comment is containing variables like subject person name and opened for name... etc

you can use email script and determine the language of the recipient and then translate it.
