I’m exploring Payroll integration with ServiceNow and would love to learn from the community’s experience.
Has anyone implemented or experimented with integrating Payroll systems (like Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, etc.) with ServiceNow?
What approach or integration method did you use ?for example, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, custom scripts, or middleware tools?
Also, is it possible to simulate or prototype such an integration on a Personal Developer Instance (PDI)? If yes, how did you set it up?
I’m mainly interested in understanding the architecture, key data flows, and any challenges or best practices you’ve come across.
Any insights, examples, or documentation references would be really appreciated!
