I’ve recently installed the Employee Document Management (EDM) plugin on my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to explore its features.I wanted to test the Bulk Document Import functionality that’s shown in several ServiceNow demos and documentation, but I’ve noticed that the Bulk Import module is missing in my instance.
Has anyone else faced this issue?
Is this feature excluded from PDIs, or does it require an additional plugin / configuration to be enabled?
If you’ve been able to test it on a PDI, could you please share how you set it up?
