How to hide visibility of one particular Email Client Template in HR Agent Workspace according to record.
1.I have created one Email Client Template -Testing Template and added it to 'sn_hr_core_case_workforce_admin' table and also applied condition that - HR service is Employee Profile Update.
2.When I navigate to HR Agent Workspace and create case for 'sn_hr_core_case_workforce_admin' table, service Employment Verification Request , which is different from Employee Profile Update . service
Then also I can see the all templates for that record which is within 'sn_hr_core_case_workforce_admin' table. I want to show templates only if my conditions met for HR service.

@leesha jain We encountered the same issue in past and reached out to ServiceNow support. According to the support currently the Email templates are shown on the basis of COE and the filter conditions don't apply on them for now. They suggested to raise an idea using the idea portal to apply the filter on the basis of HR service. In a nutshell, the filter conditions don't apply on Email Templates in Workspace for now.

@Sandeep Rajput when Now Support told you that did, they say the issue was isolated to the HR Agent Workspace?
I am running into the same issue but then found this article below on now support for the SOW stating that is should be working.

@Shane Bjork For us the issue was related to Email Client Template showing all the templates and not respecting the conditions defined on them. This is still an issue for us in the workspace as the Email client template shows all the template and does not filter on the basis of the conditions defined on the condition builder.
