How to make bold for one word in virtual agent greetings

Hi

we need to make bold on word in virtual agent greetings for suppose" Hi, welcome to virtual agent"

In this Welcome should be in bold style

But our message does not store in sys ui message table

It is directly given in the virtual agent flow and embedded there

Please give us some idea on this one @Ankur Bawiskar @Dr Atul G- LNG @Chaitanya ILCR
