HR Agent Workspace – Change Comments (TinyMCE) background color (production-safe approach)

Hi everyone,

I have a requirement in HR Agent Workspace (Next Experience / Polaris UI – Zurich) to change the background color of the Comments  field to red.

🔍 Context

Workspace: HR Agent Workspace

UI Framework: Now Experience

Comments field is rendered using a rich text editor (TinyMCE)

Appears in both:

Form compose area

Activity stream / sidebar

🎯 Requirement

Change only the Comments field background color

Should work consistently across workspace views

❓ Question

What is the recommended standard approach to achieve this in Next Experience (Zurich or later)?

Specifically:

How to target the comments editor background correctly

Which configuration layer should be used (theme, tokens, etc.)

Any best practices to ensure it does not impact other UI components
