HR Agent Workspace Configuration – ServiceNow HRSD – Add Info Icon on Field Label to Redirect User

Hi Team,

I am working on a requirement where the client wants an info icon (ⓘ) placed beside a Choice type field's label on the HR Agent Workspace.

On click of the icon, it should display a popup message below or near the field. This message should contain a hyperlink that, when clicked, redirects the user to a specified URL.

this is not possible.

Why not show a form annotation just above/below that field and you can add link in that?
