HR Agent Workspace – User with sn_hr_core.basic role cannot see "Assigned to your groups" list under

Hi Community,

I'm facing an issue in the HR Agent Workspace. I have a user who has only the sn_hr_core.basic role. The user is able to land on the HR Agent Workspace successfully, but cannot view the "Assigned to your groups" list under HR Tasks. This section appears blank or is missing altogether.

However, when the same Workspace is accessed using an admin user, the section is visible as expected (refer to attached screenshot for reference).

I’ve checked:

  • Role assignment: sn_hr_core.basic is assigned.

  • HR Task records exist and are assigned to the group the user is a member of.

  • Workspace loads correctly, but this specific list doesn't.

Is there any additional role or ACL that controls visibility for the "Assigned to your groups" list in HR Agent Workspace?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

You need to check the UX Applicability.

> Navigate to sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.LIST table from left navigator

> Find your record by giving your list name in 'List' column. (If you see multiple records with same name, find yours based on sysid. You can get the sysid in sys_ux_list table)

> Now after finding your record in sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list table, check the 'Applicability' field. It will be mapped with the Audience record.

> Open that Applicability and see what roles are required.
