HR case assign to repeat the assignment

Hi All,

 

We have recently encountered an issue in our project where the "Assigned to" field of the HR Case is being repeatedly assigned a value, even when the "Assignment Group" remains unchanged. The value being assigned is the result obtained from the assignment rule. This issue does not occur every time; the "Assigned to" field is assigned a value each time the HR Case's approval is processed. We are unsure whether it is related to the update of the approval record.

 

How can I prevent it from being repeatedly assigned?
