Hi Community,
I am facing issue related to auto-closing of HR Cases from record producer. I have created a flow along with that so when HR case is created, tasks are automatically being created when triggered.
So, when I submit a case from record producer for employee onboarding, state is set to closed complete.

so as soon as HR Case created, it's moving to Closed state?
any flow, workflow, BR is doing that?
Did you debug?

HI @Ankur Bawiskar
I checked with BR, I couldn't find any which affected the state. And coming to flow, it should trigger when state is in draft. So, in our case for flow to be triggered its in closed complete. Therefore, not able to create tasks automatically.

did you check history calendar and see how many updates happening on that record as soon as HR case is created?

@Pavankumarkp , Did you check if there is any HR Service that is attached to the record producer which is not configured properly ?
