HR Case is getting Auto Closed

Hi Team,
When I submit a record using a Record Producer, the case state is automatically set to "Closed Complete." It was working fine before, but now it's not. I've tried debugging with no success.
I checked at the HR Service level, but there's no template attached. I tried attaching a template to set the state to "Ready/Draft" to prevent it from closing as complete, but it didn't work.
I even recreated the affected Record Producer and Flow Designer by cloning them, but the case still closes as complete.
I set the first step in Flow Designer to change the state to "Draft," but the case still changes to "Closed Complete" before my flow changes it back to "Draft."
Has anyone experienced this kind of issue?

if it was working fine earlier then what changed?
Did any configuration got changed?
Did you upgrade the instance?

Hi Ankur, I've added a couple of steps to the flow designer, and now I'm experiencing an issue. I'm not sure if the problem started after I made some changes, but for debugging purposes, I removed the flow trigger. I set my HR service to manual and tested it, but the issue exist.
I logged the state of the HR Case when it was submitted in the script section of the record producer, and it's showing as "draft" initially. But, it seems to change almost immediately because, on the portal, as soon as the request is raised, it appears as "Closed Complete." @Ankur Bawiskar

since you mentioned the issue started after you making some changes.
Did you revert the flow?
Also did you check the time when it got closed? is it getting closed as soon as it's created?
Seems the flow extra stuff is causing that.
