HR case is getting auto-closed when created from record prodcer

Hi Community,

I am facing issue related to auto-closing of HR Cases from record producer. I have created a flow along with that so when HR case is created, tasks are automatically being created when triggered. 
So, when I submit a case from record producer for employee onboarding, state is set to closed complete.

Offboarding flow is working fine. There's no conflict.

Hi @Pavankumarkp,

According to your screenshot the Record Producer is creating an HR Lifecycle Event case, correct? 
For those case you need to make sure there are activities in the specific lifecycle event, otherwise the case will be automatically closed. 

Please try to move the tasks you want to be created from the workflow and add them directly as activities in the lifecycle event. Then the case will not be closed automatically. 

Please note that you need to make the activities mandatory, not optional.
Optional activities are still skipped during the review and the case will still be closed.
