HR cases are not closing after 5 business days "Awaiting Acceptance" state

Auto-close HR cases if they are been in the "Awaiting Acceptance" state for more than 5 business days?

Even we have updated timer in workflow with 5 business days.

Please find below SS for reference.

Automatically close case check box turned off for all HR services.

 

Instead of scheduled based on schedule field, if i change to schedule based on specific schedule, Will this work??
