Hi All,
I want to create bulk hr cases in servicenow , i tried the bulk hr request but i am unable to set subject person , assignment group , assigned to . Please help me on this.

We'd need more information to provide any support. When you say you're unable to assign values to fields, why is this? Are the fields not present, are they greyed out, are the values you're wanting to select not present?

I want to create bulk hr case for a HR specific service for certain users , Is it possible for me to set field values(subject person , subcategory , assignment group , assigned to ) by importing a excel file in the bulk hr request.

You could import the data into an import set, and then process the data into the HR table

When you create HR Case using bulk case option first you need to define assignment rules and then matching rules then you populated assigned to on the basis of HR Skills also you have used HR Template to auto populated fields on HR Case
