HRSD not able to cases on HR agent workspace

Hi All,

I have created case and populated assignemnt group is ABC. When  i logged in as ABC group member the particluar case is not visible to group member as well and admin as well.

ABC group has HR agent(sn_hr_core.basic) role.

 

Please suggest any solution.

Add role sn_hr_core.case_reader or sn_hr_core.case_writer to ABC group members , along with the basic role.

did you check any HR COE Security policy or query business rule on that HR Case table is blocking the visibility?

Did you debug using access analyzer?

Hi @komaladsul ,

 

The sn_hr_core.basic role only gives limited access. You may need to assign sn_hr_core.case_reader or sn_hr_core.case_writer roles to the group members to view or edit cases.

Admins do not bypass HR ACLs unless they have HR-specific roles. Also, you can check case visibility settings
