HRSD requirement

Hello all,

I am new to the HRSD module and have a requirement. Could anyone help me with it?

Requirement:

1. Create an Assignment Group

2. Enable Round Robin

3. Enable Single System Assignment (SSA)

4. Enable SSA on the Agent Availability Dashboard

This is my requirement. Please guide me.

To create an Assignment Group with Round Robin and Single System Assignment (SSA) enabled, and display it on the Agent Availability Dashboard, follow these steps:

Step 1: Create an Assignment Group
1. Navigate to *Assignment* > *Groups* > *New*
2. Fill in the required fields, such as *Name* and *Description*
3. Select the *Assignment group type* as *Round Robin*
4. Configure the *Round Robin* settings as desired

Step 2: Enable Single System Assignment (SSA)
1. Navigate to *System Properties* > *Assignment* > *Single System Assignment*
2. Enable *Single System Assignment*

Step 3: Configure SSA on the Assignment Group
1. Go to the Assignment Group you created earlier
2. In the *Assignment Group* form, select the *Single System Assignment* checkbox

Step 4: Configure Agent Availability Dashboard
1. Navigate to *Agent Workspace* > *Dashboards* > *Agent Availability Dashboard*
2. Configure the dashboard to display the Assignment Group with SSA enabled

Verification
1. Verify that the Assignment Group is created and SSA is enabled
2. Check that the Agent Availability Dashboard displays the Assignment Group with SSA

- Ensure that the users are assigned to the correct Assignment Group
- Configure the Round Robin settings according to your requirements
- Test the Assignment Group and SSA configuration to ensure it's working as expected
