Hello Team, 

I created a HR template and using it in a HR task but the thing is all fields that I added are coming in the case but the two fields which are not coming are rich description and description.

can any one suggest what is going wrong here?

If the rich_description and description fields aren’t showing in your ServiceNow HR Task using an HR Template, ensure these fields are added to the HR Task form layout and correctly populated, either by referencing the parent HR Case or using a Business Rule to copy values. Also, verify the fields’ visibility in To-Do configurations, consider using the Global Description field for multilingual consistency, and troubleshoot rendering issues like JavaScript errors or caching problems. I checked and the field is present in the form

one weird thing i noticed is in template it shows as rich description but in the case it shows as description.

Am i missing something?
