Can any one please tell me that what's the much minimum percentage required to pass servicenow cishr certification exam??

ServiceNow does not officially publish the passing score for the CIS-HRSD exam.

There are rumours about the passing rate being 75% or 80%, but nothing confirmed by ServiceNow — and it might even differ by exam type.

Hi @abdulhannan,

the exact percentage us not shared and nor known for any of the ServiceNow certification exams. It is believed the threshold is somewhere around 70-80 % (but no guarantee on that).

Buuuuuuut each exam is divided into various number of domains and candidates must have satisfactory percentage (again not exactly sure) in each of the domains.

TL;DR: There are some thresholds but don’t overthink them too much. Instead of focusing on the exact percentage you need to score, concentrate on repeating the recommended courses highlighted in green and you should be just fine.
