The HR Agent Workspace has the following widget below:
This widget only shows the top 10 counts of all available HR Services in this widget. As you can see, even though there are 158 cases, there should really be 356, as there are about 22 HR Services that this HR Agent is working on.
Is there a setting to ensure that all HR Services are included in the case count instead of just the top 10? I'm ok with having some sort of "other" count if it helps ensuring an accurate count of what is present.

did you check in that data visualization some config is supporting to show more than 10?

In platform analytics dashboard in Pie Chart data visualization I could see this setting of Group by and it's showing "Show all" as option
So try that
-> search your dashboard in platform analytics
-> then ensure you are in correct scope and edit it
-> then save

So it looks like this is based on an existing report called "My cases by request type". But I can't change it. I could save it, but I do not know how to change the HR Agent Dashboard to use a modified report. Any pointers on that side?
