Need to block incident from creating based on subject line of the mail

HI Community,

 

 

I have a requirement, whenever we receive a mail from noreply@domain.com from this mail id we need to create an incident same way we need to block the emails (stop creating incident) which are coming from noreply@domain.com  id with subject line as 

1. xxxxxxxxx

2.yyyyyyyy

3.zzzzzzzz

4.aaaaaaa

5.bbbbbb

so i  created an inbound actions when i add one condition is works fine but when i add multiple or condition it is not working it is allowing mails with these subject line to create an incident.

I need to block creating an incident from mail id noreply@domain.com with subjects mentioned above.

 

conditions: with only one condition it works fine

multiple condition: but when i add 2 or more condition it is not working incidents are getting created

Note : reply to mail id is same only difference is the subject line

How can we achieve this
