Not able to add user in the HR Group through Flow

Hi Team,

I’m facing an issue while adding a user to one of the HR groups through Flow Designer.
In the flow, I am trying to add a user to the IGA group, which is an HR group. However, I’m consistently getting an error during this step.

Sometimes Flow Designer shows that the record was created successfully, but when I check the group members, the user is not actually added.

Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

It's working for normal groups. But when I give one of the HR groups it's not working.

I believe it's something to do with HR Admin role

I have seen this issue in past raised by other members.

HR Admin group not able to add the user into the group. 

Use Dedicated User with HR Admin role for this.

Why not configure the flow to Run as User who initiated the session instead of System user and that user should have HR Admin role?

The Flow Designer is configured so that non-admin HR users can also initiate it.

I saw the response you shared in the other post. Could you please demonstrate the steps so that I can test them in my environment?
