Not received HRSD exam voucher

Hi team,
I have completed Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation On Demand (Xanadu) and Human Resources (HR) Fundamentals but did not receive HRSD exam voucher. Also not able to see option to raise a case with ServiceNow support. Can somebody please help?

that's correct ;)) I have registered and scheduled for CIS HR, read more about it here:

After 18th November, there are no vouchers anymore as a new exam platform was introduced - PearsonVUE.

You need to pay for the registration (or to use learning credits) and once you are registered, you have 90 days to schedule and sit your exam. It's all explained in the link I shared above.
