Hi All,

 

If a case is commented by end user and it is  assigned to non business hours . Then the system should auto trigger a custom notifications . Is this possible by using the assigned to timezone . Thanks in advance

Hello @kali 

 

Yes, You have to create one more schedule of Non-Business Hours, and add it into your flow designer.

 

After that you can check with the condition with match timing and trigger your notification as per your schedule of non business hours.

Hello @kali 

 

You need to Create a Flow Designer in which you can add your notification as. a task. 

 

In which you can add a Wait For Condition where you need to tag a Schedule with Business Hours, If the Action takes place at non business hours, it will trigger notification.
