opportunity marketplace module not found in employee center in PDI

I've installed Opportunity Marketplace Store (sn_opp_market) plugin and the dependent plugins on my PDI. But i cannot see this application in the employee center.

if i search "opportunity" , i can see a list of opportunities but when i click into it, it says "You don't currently have access to the Opportunity Marketplace application."

Paid ServiceNow store apps generally do not work in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) because PDIs lack the required entitlement, licensing, and production-linked credentials to install paid or licensed applications. PDIs are for learning and experimentation only, not for running commercial or paid solutions.
