Hi all,
we have an issue with primary job and secondary jobs showed on HR profile. This information is retrieved via integration from SuccessFactors. In SAP, the data are set correctly, the primary job is marked and the secondary job has earlier end date. However, recently these have been swapped on HR Profile in ServiceNow and when I checked the SuccessFactors Employee Job Information and History Staging Tables, the lates data here are already incorrect - i.e. secondary job is marked as primary and there are two records, one is with the correct end date but there is also another one with end date showing 31.12.9999
Does anyone please have any idea what could cause this?
