Remove 'New' button in related list in HR Agent workspace

Can you please help on how to remove this 'New' button from the 'Approvers' related list.

if your users satisfy Create ACL on sysapproval_approver table then they will see that

Visit these Related list actions and add Action Exclusion for your HR Table

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , it is not an ACL issue and moreover, what you are showing for the related list actions, it won't work as the application scope of the record you're showing is ITSM workspace, mine is HR Agent workspace, I won't even be able to add an action exclusion record for that. 
I had already looked into this, even added an exclusion rule to the global New button but it didnt work.

your approach will remove it completely for all tables including HR table which @soumyadeep10 doesn't want.
