How to change placement or order of buttons in HR workspace

Hi Everyone,

i want to change the placement or the order of two buttons "close complete" and close incomplete , i need close complete to come first and close incomplete to be shown once i click on the three points is there any way to make it?

what you can try is to review/adjust these records and their order:

(there might be more records from more experiences/workspaces, ensure you update the correct ones)

If not this, eventually you can look at the modules under "declarative", I believe it might be one of these:

In the related list you shared, add the Display Type field. For the Closed Complete and Closed Incomplete actions, set the Display Type to Overflow Menu and adjust the order accordingly.

Hey - what system version and plugin version for Agent workspace are you on?

My system version is  glide-australia-02-11-2026__patch3-05-25-2026, and my Agent Workspace for HR Case Management plugin version is 4.6.0, and my Close Complete & Incomplete are together like so:

For you, I think you would need to go to the Action Bar Configuration, and look at the UX Form Action Layout Items tab. You are currently looking at the All Global UI Actions tab (and I am unable to click on your screenshots to get a better view of them - so I cannot really tell).

For my version, since they grouped those two UI Actions, this is what mine looks like:

If you can see this screenshot well, see how they configured Close as a Group 'item type'. Stepping into that record, they created a UX Form Action Layout Item called Close.

Now if we step into that record, the layout is tied to the Group 'Close'.

Now if we step into that record, this is where it shows the Split Button type using the UI Action Close Complete and Close Incomplete.

This is all OOTB configuration. Which is why I asked what version of the instance and plugin are you on. If you have the means to update, I would. Or, see if you can reorder both Close Complete and Close Incomplete from the First screen under tab, UX Form Action Layout Items, instead of the All Global UI Actions tab.

On my side, I gave Close and Discuss a new order (they were blank to start with). I moved Close (group) before Discuss in my order.

Or - even see if you have the ability to group them. I like that style better in my opinion.

 i have this Close as a group in item type but when i opened it 

but why they still showed not in one even i have thme as a group
