How to change placement or order of buttons in HR workspace

Hi Everyone,

i want to change the placement or the order of two buttons "close complete" and close incomplete , i need close complete to come first and close incomplete to be shown once i click on the three points is there any way to make it?

what you can try is to review/adjust these records and their order:

(there might be more records from more experiences/workspaces, ensure you update the correct ones)
