repeated typing and freezing issue

Hi All,
When connecting to a live agent through Virtual Agent, if the agent does not accept the chat within 5 minutes, I get the option to create a case.
Here’s what happens:
1.I type a message (e.g “random text”), but the chat freezes and the free-type bar becomes greyed out.
2.Nothing happens until I refresh the page.
3.After refreshing, I’m prompted again to type a message.
4.I type the message, but again get “something went wrong” and the same prompt asking if I want to create a case.
5.When I select Yes, I have to type the information again for the case to actually be created.
How can we avoid this repeated typing and freezing issue? Any configuration or workaround suggestions?

Sounds like there may be some errors in your configuration. Check out the Virtual Agent designer and settings.
