Service-now Workday Integration

We are in process of establishing Servicenow and Workday Integration , which will be bidirectional and from workday case will get created in servicenow.  

Can somebody help me on knowing how this will work and what process we need to follow to work on this.

I am in process of beginning work on unidirectional integration from workday to servicenow using Integrationg Hub(HR Spoke). As you have mentioned we are going to set up real time webhook on workday studio and provided the CLAR file and 'setup create user webhook for workday HR spoke' to our client. I would basically like to know the process of how it works when a new hire event is triggered on the workday environment.

I have seen there is a create user subflow but not entirely sure if that subflow is called to create users? and if it does then how exactly. 

The 'setup create user webhook for workday HR spoke' documentation also says that we do have to provide rest endpoint. Is it some Rest endpoint that is OOB available via HR spoke app?

How do we set this up so that we can insert and update records both in the user table and the HR profile records.

Your inputs are appreciated as always and will help me to move things forward from here.
