ServiceNow document is not getting generated after preview

Hello,
I have selected document template and after preview i am getting below error and logs. Can someone please help with this
Error:
Logs:
Request : <sysid> failed with ' Conversion failed. Cannot invoke "java.io.ByteArrayOutputStream.toByteArray()" because "pdfOS" is null': no thrown error
Gone through available article but issue not solved.

Tried clearing browser cache and relogging in and also checked the style tags in the document, everything seems to be right

Is this a plugin feature? Try to repiar or upgrade the plugin. If the issue still persists, please log a support case

Hi,
Just to check on the error, replace template with basic HTML, also remove all variables or add them one by one and then test. Do check the logs before and after testing the result. If it works then try with another document template so probably it will be easy to relate if the issue is with the doc template or not.
