Hi all,
I have set up my servicenow for microsoft teams app, managing to install it on my teams and other members.
However, when using the chat bot, it seems to be connected to a different instance from the one I am aiming at connecting to (the instance belongs to our company though). i.e) If I search for the knowledge base with that chat bot, the knowledge url leads to a different instance which we used for a different project which is a dev instance.
How am I able to connect chatbot to the targeted instance? I tried to find somewhere to modify this, but couldn't really find one. The targeted instance is a shared one in our company, and it is also a dev instance. To add, the employee centre embedded to Teams seems connecting to the right instance as I can see my account on the upper right hand side of the frame.

One more related question:
One of the users was trying the chat bot asking for a notification, but the chat bot reply was saying 'the notification is turned off by admin', which I didn't. I have no clue of what to do to turn on the teams notification. I remember there was no option regarding the notification. Any tips on fixing this?
