In ServiceNow, is there a way to host and display a PPT within an Onboarding Journey?

The use case is to present a PPT to the candidate as part of the onboarding process.

Please advise on the recommended journey activity or approach to achieve this.

Task Activity + Knowledge Article

Step 1: Convert PowerPoint to PDF
✓ File > Save As > PDF

Step 2: Create Knowledge Article
✓ Navigate to: Knowledge > Articles > Create New
✓ Title: "Onboarding Presentation - Company Overview"
✓ Body: "This presentation covers company culture, values, and key policies."
✓ Attachments: Upload PDF
✓ Workflow State: Published
✓ Knowledge Base: HR (or appropriate KB)

Step 3: Get Article Link
- Open the published article
- Copy URL from browser
- Classic UI: kb_view.do?sys_kb_id=XXXXX
- Service Portal: sp?id=kb_article&sys_kb_id=XXXXX
- Test the link in incognito mode to verify access

Step 4: Add Task Activity to Journey
- Navigate to: Employee Journey Management > Journeys
- Open your Onboarding Journey
- Add Activity: Task
- Name: "Review Onboarding Presentation"
- Description: "Review our company overview presentation"
- Assigned to: New Hire
- Due: 1 day after start date
- Required: Yes
- Instructions (plain text):

"Please review the company onboarding presentation before your first day.

View presentation:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sys_kb_id=XXXXXXXXX

The presentation covers:
- Company history and values
- Organizational structure
- Key policies and procedures
- Your first week schedule

Mark this task complete after reviewing."

Step 5: Test
- Impersonate a new hire
- Navigate to Employee Center
- Verify task appears
- Click link - should open KB article
- Verify PDF is viewable/downloadable
